EMS Challenge Coins

When Embleholics gets tasked with EMS challenge coins, we really have to be creative as there are not many EMS coins out there. Although similar to firefighter challenge coins and police challenge coins, EMS challenge coins are unique in their own and representing the unique life saving public service they perform every day for our country.

When this customer wanted to work with Embleholics, they had their EMS challenge coins design already done. It was just a simple matter for us to make a couple small changes to their artwork and start working on their military challenge coins.

On the front the Star of Life and some a Latin saying are featured. With almost any EMS challenge coins, the Star is an extremely important feature symbol, similar to the Cross of Saint Florian for firefighter challenge coins, or like the logos of each branch, such as are see inNavy challenge coins.

The back of their EMS challenge coins feature the logos of the three branches the organization serves, along with the translation of the Latin saying.

Personalized Challenge Coins

Personalized Challenge Coins Designs

 

When we were contacted by the University of Washington to make something honoring veterans, we wanted to make personalized challenge coins that would honorably represent both veterans and the university.

On the front of the coin we put their logo and name, along with the date the University was founded. We offset their personalized challenge coins on the back by putting silver where there was purple compared to the front, and purple where there was silver or gold.

The University of Washington’s personalized challenge coins are a simple design but, like many simple designs, it turned out looking better than many other more complex designs. The purples and metals on this coin balance each other very well and the changing colors between the front and back give it a symmetrical feel.

As a finishing touch we made the W on the front and the stars on the back 3D, making the personalized challenge coins and the university’s logo stand out even more than it normally does

We worked with the Texas Water Utilities Association on a set of challenge coins which represented their 100th Anniversary.
