Personalized Challenge Coins Designs

When we were contacted by the University of Washington to make something honoring veterans, we wanted to make personalized challenge coins that would honorably represent both veterans and the university.

On the front of the coin we put their logo and name, along with the date the University was founded. We offset their personalized challenge coins on the back by putting silver where there was purple compared to the front, and purple where there was silver or gold.

The University of Washington’s personalized challenge coins are a simple design but, like many simple designs, it turned out looking better than many other more complex designs. The purples and metals on this coin balance each other very well and the changing colors between the front and back give it a symmetrical feel.

As a finishing touch we made the W on the front and the stars on the back 3D, making the personalized challenge coins and the university’s logo stand out even more than it normally does
