Custom Challenge Coins

The world motor sports breast cancer awareness is a great organization that is geared towards gaining support with military and their families. We were contacted by one of the leaders of the organization to make a custom challenge coin for their organization. We were glad to provide this coin to them with a largely discounted rate due to what they support and their organization’s mission.

The design that we were provided by their organization gave us a lot of ideas and options to work with. The main items they wanted to include was the pink ribbon that is iconic for the breast cancer awareness. As with every coin, we wanted to include some of the features of the coin which represent the organization, so we included the pistons of an engine which pop out of this custom challenge coin in a 3D design.

Once the design was completed for the challenge coin we immediately started production of the coin. This means having the coin selected to have a nice finish. As you can see we went with the antique finish of the coin to give it that car metal look. We also ended up painting in a checkerboard pattern of blacks and pinks into the design of the coin to give it a car flag type look and feel, something that gives it that special feel and look for motorsports fans.
