The Coastal Riverine Force (CORIVFOR) is a unit of the United States Navy within the organizational structure of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC). The unit was established following the merger of Riverine Group 1 and the Maritime Expeditionary Security Group 1 & 2 (MESG-1 / MESG 2).

The Coastal Riverine Force (CRF) operates in harbors, rivers, and bays, across the littorals and ashore. The primary mission of CRF is to conduct maritime security operations across all phases of military operations by defending high-value assets, critical maritime infrastructure, ports and harbors both inland and on coastal waterways against enemies and when commanded conduct offensive combat operations.

The Coastal Riverine Group One ordered us a custom challenge coin for the reenlistment event. They wanted something extravagant, by having the text of the Oath of Enlistment to be etched on one side of the coin. It’s not easy work to carve the small letters on the coin, so we had to make sure that the proportion to the whole design is perfect, and also needed to make sure that our machine could execute the manufacturing flawlessly.

As you can see in the photos, the end result is one beautiful and highly-detailed challenge coin. The engravings are perfectly machined, and the colors are impeccably painted.
