The Consumer Veteran Business Leader Program (VBLP) is one of the military programs at Amazon. Their roles are full-time; transitioning veteran candidates will be considered along with industry candidates. There are no step promotions built-in and veterans start out with a full-time salary (no internships).

Only their logos are engraved on both sides of the coin, and some inscriptions are embossed to complete the whole design. Since it has minimum ornaments and elements, we need to make sure everything is laid out in the right spot and in the right sizes. Lastly, the colors used need to be painted flawlessly so they could be nice accents on the brushed brass-colored material.
