Ruck4HIT 2025 Challenge Coin

The 10th annual Ruck4HIT is an event organized by Heroes in Transition (HIT), a nonprofit based in Mashpee, Massachusetts. This endurance relay took place from April 25 to 26, 2025, and is designed to raise funds and awareness for HIT’s programs supporting veterans, active service members, and military families.

Ruck4HIT is a team-based relay race covering over 200 miles across all 15 towns on Cape Cod. Participants run in shifts of 2–4 miles while carrying weighted rucksacks (10–20 pounds), symbolizing the burdens carried by military personnel during and after service. The event began and ended at the Cape Cod Fairgrounds in Falmouth, with a significant team challenge at the Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown.

To commemorate this event, they requested that we craft them a noteworthy challenge coin, representing the spirit of the event with their logos embossed on the fields of the coin, with a black glossy background. The rims of the coin were cut clean with no texture or pattern, showing the brass-colored metal material of the coin. The logos of HIT and Ruck4HIT were both engraved and painted with their original colors.

To produce a challenge coin, we have our clients come up with ideas or concepts, and then our team of graphic designers would create a mock-up for them to check over. Once a 2D art mock-up is approved, we turn it over to our production team, where their cutting-edge machinery will do the shaping, cutting, and molding of the base material, and give them a proper finish as requested.
