Rush production may be available, depending on three things: the design, the quantity, and what is already on the production schedule. It is assessed per project rather than offered as a fixed service.

Standard production is 45 to 50 days from artwork approval. Whether a rush closes the gap to your date depends on how much of that can be compressed for your particular coin.

The design matters most. Heavy 3D relief on both faces, multiple cutouts, dual plating and high colour counts each add production steps, so a rush works best on a design deliberately kept simple. Quantity matters too, since a smaller run moves through faster.

Your approval speed is the part you control. Rush production compresses manufacturing, but it cannot recover time lost while a proof waits for a signature. Initial artwork is usually ready within 12 to 48 hours, so on a rushed project the approval chain should be agreed before design work begins.

Expedited shipping is separate and can save further days at the delivery end.
