The sequence runs: enquiry and quote, then artwork, then revisions until you’re satisfied, then your written approval, then 45 to 50 days of production, then shipping.

To keep the schedule tight, decide up front who approves the design and make sure that person is available. A single unanswered proof can add a week to a project with no production time saved anywhere.
