No. Embleholics does not charge a separate mold or setup fee. Tooling and setup costs are included in the price you are quoted, so the per-coin figure is the figure you pay.

This is worth checking with any supplier, because the industry handles it two ways. Some quote a low per-coin price and add a one-time die or mold charge on the first order. Others, including us, build the tooling cost into the per-coin price. Neither approach is dishonest, but they make quotes impossible to compare side by side.

A cheap per-coin price with a separate die fee attached can total more than a slightly higher all-in price. When you compare suppliers, ask each one for the total delivered cost at your exact quantity rather than the per-coin figure.

Three things are included at every quantity: tooling and setup, artwork with unlimited revisions, and shipping within the continental United States. If a project involved an unusual cost, such as a highly complex mold or a non-standard material, we would raise it with you before production rather than adding it to an invoice.

That means the quote you approve is the total, with nothing added afterwards.
