If your custom challenge coins do not match the artwork you approved or the specifications you ordered, Embleholics puts it right. The approved digital proof is the standard the order is measured against.
What to do:
- Check on arrival. Compare the coins to your approved proof: design on both faces, spelling, dates, ranks, size, plating, enamel colors and finish. Do this as soon as the box arrives rather than the week of the ceremony.
- Photograph the issue. Clear photos of the affected coins next to the proof make the problem obvious and speed everything up.
- Contact us immediately. Get in touch with your order details and the photos. The sooner it’s raised, the more options exist.
- What counts as wrong. A misspelling that was in the approved proof is not a production error, which is why the proof review matters. A misspelling that appears in the coins but not the proof is ours. The same applies to wrong plating, wrong size, wrong colors, missing enamel or physical defects.
- Normal variation. Enamel color has slight batch variation and antique finishes vary marginally coin to coin. That’s inherent to the process rather than a fault.
We’d rather hear about a problem than have you accept a coin you’re unhappy with. See our terms and conditions for the full guarantee.
