Rainbow Girls Challenge Coin
The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls (IORG) is a Masonic youth service organization that teaches leadership training through community service. Rainbow members are between the ages of 11 and 20 years old. Rainbow welcomes everyone, regardless of race, creed, color, or national origin.
Rainbow Girls take an oath to respect their parents, become involved in the church of their choice, be true friends, be patriotic, and be of service to others. We have a member handshake, just like the Scouts. They receive and wear merit bars and jewelry, like Scouts, or many Sorority or Fraternity members.
One of the merit prizes that they give is a challenge coin, which we had the opportunity to produce. They wanted a custom challenge coin that is elegant and graceful, yet represents the spirit of Rainbow Girls, which is colorful. We at Embleholics have a limitless combination of materials and finishes to choose from for your custom products.
For this coin, we used brushed brass-colored metal as the main material, and we used high-quality paint for coloring the sculpted graphic designs. We engraved the logo of the IORG on both sides of the coin and also machined some inscriptions around it. You can see in the photos to the right that the combination works really well.
