Yes. Every Embleholics order includes a digital proof showing both faces of the coin, and nothing is manufactured until you approve it in writing.

The proof shows the artwork as it will be struck: the design on each face, the text, the plating and finish, the enamel colors, and the coin’s outline. It’s the point at which an idea becomes something you can check.

Review the proof carefully and check the details that are expensive to get wrong: spelling of names, ranks, dates, hull numbers, unit designations, and whether the crest is the current version rather than an older one. Look at the proof at the coin’s actual size as well as full screen, because fine text and dense detail read very differently at 1.75 inches.

If anything needs changing, it gets changed. Revisions are unlimited and free, so there’s no reason to approve a proof you have doubts about.

Once you approve, the proof becomes the specification the coins are made against. If the delivered coins don’t match the approved proof, that’s on us to put right.

Proofs are digital rather than physical, so the review happens on screen rather than in hand. Browse the gallery to see how finished coins compare to their designs, or request a free quote to get started.
