Embleholics places no cap on challenge coin design revisions before production, and every revision is free.

You will receive a digital proof showing both faces of the coin. If something is not right, say so and it gets changed. Common corrections include the wrong version of a crest, an incorrect rank, an antique finish heavier than you pictured, or text too small to read at actual size. There is no revision count and no per-round charge.

This matters more on unit and agency coins than people expect. Designs frequently go through several rounds because they’re reviewed by more than one person, and detail that looks fine on a screen reads differently at 1.75 inches. A capped revision policy quietly pushes buyers to approve a coin they have reservations about, because the next change costs money.

Nothing is manufactured until you approve the proof in writing. Once approved, the design is locked and production begins. The approved proof becomes the specification the coins are made against, so the final review is the one that counts. Check spelling, dates, ranks and hull numbers carefully at that stage.

Artwork is free too, so the whole design stage costs nothing.
