Embleholics accepts all major credit cards, and PayPal can be accepted where needed. Government and business customers may qualify for approved payment terms instead.
Payment methods in full:
- All major credit cards: the standard route for most orders
- PayPal: available when needed
- Government purchase cards: accepted, and how most unit-level and office-level purchases happen
- Purchase orders and approved terms: available to qualifying government and business customers
Full payment is generally required before production begins, after you have approved the artwork. Qualifying government and institutional buyers using purchase orders are invoiced on agreed terms instead.
Nothing is charged during the quote and design stage. You can take a project to a fully designed proof at no cost and no commitment, and payment only becomes relevant once you approve the artwork and are ready to manufacture.
If your organisation has a specific procurement route, such as a purchasing system, a required vendor form, a W-9 request or a SAM registration check, mention it at the quote stage. It is far quicker to handle then than at invoice, and it is the step buyers most often leave until last.
