Not on standard production. Six weeks is 42 days, and standard production runs 45 to 50 days from artwork approval, before design time or shipping is counted at all.

Rush production may be available, but it depends on three things: the design itself, the quantity, and what is already on the production schedule. It is not automatic. We will tell you at the quote stage whether your date can be met rather than accepting an order we cannot deliver.

What makes a compressed timeline work: approve the artwork immediately, which is realistic because initial artwork is usually ready within 12 to 48 hours; send reference material at first contact rather than after the first proof; keep one named decision-maker with authority to approve; and choose a design that avoids the features adding production steps, such as heavy 3D relief on both faces, multiple cutouts and dual plating.

What sinks it is waiting on a chain-of-command review nobody scheduled.

Expedited shipping is separate from rush production and can recover days at the delivery end. On a genuinely tight deadline you usually need both.

Tell us the ceremony date at first contact, not after the design is agreed.
